Reputable companies normally accept that if they quote an incorrect price and lose thereby, they eat the loss. Viewed from that perspective, it's somewhat alarming to see that wowcontract gives itself two weeks after a customer places an order to tell the customer the priced quoted by wowcontract was just plain wrong. In that event, wowcontract will give the customer the ability to cancel or change the order (which is intelligent, as failure to do so would doubtless result in legal action against the company), but one would think the obvious course of action that should recommend itself to wowcontract is this: check stated prices as often as necessary before posting them to the website. It is not at all clear why wowcontract finds that difficult to do. Certainly if wowcontract sells in bulk it may not be able to absorb errors from its own mispricing, but that is exactly why wholesalers normally do not put up web retail sites like this one, just because the nature of their trade requires that they provide individual quotes based on a daily, weekly or monthly price guarantee they receive from their suppliers.
That being said, nothing else looks odd about the wowcontract site, but in light of the above information it would be advisable to telephone wowcontract to verify all listed prices prior to placing an order.
