Bertorelli restaurants have been serving diners since the early nineteen hundreds. Authentic Italian food is the fare here. So that means pasta and other Italian standbys are served with impunity. The three restaurants are located throughout the city and the West End of London. Argyll Street, Mincing Lane, and St Martin’s Lane are home to these fine Italian eateries. The Argyll location is house in a classic art deco building near Oxford Circus. The Mincing location is considered the most glamorous of the three. It is located near Fenchurch Street. The St. Martin’s address is located proximate to many of the city’s finest theaters.
The festive menus include price-fixed multi-course dining options. These dinners are a great way to take the pressure off yourself. You needn’t worry over what to order. The courses will be brought to you in a reasonable progression. There is also an economic incentive to try a three-course fixed menu. It will save you money and still allow you sample a good cross section of cuisine. Bread is a big part of the Italian diet, so it is no surprise that it is prominent on the Bertorelli menus. Ciabatta bread with balsamic vinegar and oil is a fantastic way to start your dining experience. Nibble on the bread while you peruse the rest of the menu. Dip the bread in the succulent mixture of aged balsamic and fine olive oil. Wash the chewings from your mouth with a fine Italian wine. Bruschetta is a fine way to enjoy Italian bread.
